Stocks to watch: These small-cap stocks will be in focus tomorrow!

Reliance Industrial Infrastructure, Manaksia Steels, Omaxe, Veranda Learning Solutions, Agro Phos India, IIFL Finance, Navkar Corporation, Bombay Dyeing, Nava Bharat Ventures, SEL Manufacturing, International Constructions, Bigbloc Construction, and Rajratan Global Wire made a fresh 52-week high today.

On Wednesday, the Indian equity markets closed on a weak note. Nifty 50 and Sensex closed in the red territory at 17,034.80 & 56,804.34 levels, respectively; down by 0.94 per cent each.     

BSE Smallcap index slipped 0.56 per cent, ending at 28,756.97. The Top Gainers of the index include Reliance Industrial Infrastructure, Jai Corp, Alok Industries, Omaxe, and KPIT Technologies. The Top Losers comprise Future Consumer, Techno Electric & Engineering, CARE Ratings, Zee Learn and ISL.   

The following small-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Thursday, April 28, 2022:    

NIIT – The company has announced its appointment as an Authorised Training Partner of Salesforce, the global CRM (customer relationship management) leader. The collaboration will address the exponentially growing demand in the Salesforce Ecosystem for Salesforce-skilled talent, driven by the rapid adoption of Salesforce technologies. NIIT will offer programmes on Salesforce to fresh graduates and working professionals, to build a pan-India talent pool of Salesforce Certified Professionals. 

GRM Overseas – The company has announced that it has elevated its current Chief Operating Officer (COO) Sanjeev Dar, a process-oriented professional with multi-disciplinary experience of over 30 years, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and appointed Dinesh Chhatra, a seasoned professional having over 25 years of experience in the food & grain industry, as the COO of its subsidiary - GRM Foodkraft Private Limited with effect from April 27, 2022.
