The buyers outnumbered sellers to show positivity in the market. On BSE, 2,018 shares rose and 1,196 shares fell. Around 42 shares of HDFC Bank will be allocated for every 25 shares of HDFC Ltd. Exports touched a record high of $ 418 billion dollars in March, up by 14.53 per cent on a year-on-year basis. The unemployment rate is seen falling to 7.5 per cent in India, showing that the economy is getting back on track after COVID-19 hit two years ago.
