Aurionpro jumps over 4 per cent on sale of cybersecurity business to Forcepoint

The shares of Aurionpro Solutions Ltd were trading in green and closed higher by 4 per cent on Friday after the company announced its exit from the cybersecurity business with the sale of its investment to Forcepoint (USA) in a deal valued at US$ 9.6 million (approx. Rs 71 crore).

JSW Steel USA signs pact with Allegheny Technologies to deliver HRC products

JSW Steel USA Ohio Inc, a subsidiary of JSW Steel Ltd, announced this morning that it has signed a long-term agreement with Allegheny Technologies Inc. (ATI) for the conversion of carbon steel slabs manufactured at JSW Steel USA’s facility in Mingo Junction (Ohio) into hot rolled coils (HRC) at ATI’s hot rolling and processing facility (HRPF) in Brackenridge (Pennsylvania).
