PILL enters into a MoU with Kisan Mouldings
One of India’s largest plastic companies, Kisan Mouldings has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PIL Italica Lifestyle Limited (PILL), the company announced on February 17, 2020 (Monday) after the market hours.
In a press release, PILL stated that post MoU, the company will have exclusive rights over the marketing and distribution of ‘Kisan Crest Brand’ but only for products of plastic moulded furniture.
The new establishment would help Kisan Mouldings Ltd to focus more on their core segment as well as main business activities, which involves, manufacturing and marketing of moulded pipes and fittings.
Kisan Mouldings Limited is a plastics company, engaged in the manufacturing of PolyVinyl Chloride (PVC) pipes, fittings, moulded furniture, etc. Besides, PILL, formerly known as Peacock Industries Limited, is a producer of plastic molded furniture including tables and chairs.
At 10.18 am on Tuesday, the stock of Kisan Mouldings Ltd is trading at Rs 13.15, down by 4.71 per cent against its previous close of Rs 13.80. Its 52-week high is Rs 66.85 and its 52-week low is Rs 13.15 on BSE.
