Adani Ports: Adani International Container Terminal Private Limited (AICTPL), a 50:50 joint venture of Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Limited and Terminal Investment Limited Holding SA, priced an offering of US$ 300 million, 3 per cent of senior secured notes due in 2031. The notes will be issued to institutional investors, who are permitted to invest in the notes under applicable laws. AICTPL intends to use the proceeds from the offering, upon receipt of requisite approvals, to repay all its existing senior indebtedness and to repay a portion of the subordinated shareholder loans availed by it, in accordance with applicable laws & regulations and as permitted by Reserve Bank of India including directions issued by it in respect to external commercial borrowings.

CAMS: CAMS has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary with the name, CAMS Payment Services Private Limited.

JSW Steel: The board of directors of Periama Holdings, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of JSW Steel, have approved the issuance of US $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.95 per cent notes due in 2026, which are guaranteed by the company.

Tata Steel: Tata Steel has increased its aggregate indirect shareholding in Tata Steel Minerals Canada to 82 per cent after acquiring 4.32 per cent additional equity in TSMC.

MBL Infra: The Learned Dispute Review Board comprising of 3 independent members has on December 14, 2020, unanimously recommended Rs 530.73 crore plus interest at 10 per cent per annum till the payment of the amount in favour of MBL Infrastructures Ltd for one of its completed projects of NHAI.

Vishnu Chemicals: The operations at Vizag Plant of the company have been restarted.
