Stocks that are likely to record significant movement on bourses today

Welspun India: India Ratings & Research, a Fitch Group Company has upgraded the long-term credit rating of Welspun India from IND AA- to IND AA and the outlook is stable.  

Sterlite Technologies: The company has approved the allotment of NCDs worth Rs 290 crore.  

Power Grid: Jaypee Powergrid has now become a subsidiary of Power Grid.  

Mahindra Life: The company has entered into an agreement for sale with the landowners for the acquisition of a land parcel, admeasuring 10.3 acres located at Kalyan, Mumbai Metropolitan Region. 

Punjab & Sind Bank: It is informed that an NPA account, viz Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services LTD (IL & FS) with outstanding dues of Rs 399.31 crore has been declared as fraud and reported to RBI. Further, the account has been fully provided as per the existing RBI norms. 

Cadila Healthcare: One of the wholly-owned Indian subsidiaries of Cadila Healthcare Limited has subscribed to partnership interest in ABCD Technologies LLP (to be renamed as IndoHealth Services LLP). 

Somany Home Innovation (SHIL): Groupe Atlantic, France to invest Rs 68.3 crore in SHIL’s subsidiary for a 50 per cent stake in its water heater business.  

TCS: TCS wins the 2021 Data Breakthrough Award for AI-powered software suite.  

Infosys: Infosys wins three awards at the fourth International DevOps Industry Awards.  

Compucom Software: The company has won a tender and received a letter of acceptance for the supply & installation of computer systems, interactive panel, printer, UPS, and networking & electrification, etc.  

Manappuram Finance: The company is considering various options for raising funds during the month of April 2021. 

Prestige Estate Projects: The company through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prestige Falcon Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd has invested through capital account contribution in Turf Estate Joint Venture LLP as a new partner in the LLP with an equal share of profit & losses with DB Realty Limited. 

Engineers India: The company entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) for the proposed acquisition of 3,21,46,957 equity shares in the share capital of NRL (a company primarily engaged in the business of refining petroleum products) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). Also, as informed earlier, OIL India Limited (OIL) is also a party to a SPA and would independently be acquiring 39,84,36,929 equity shares from BPCL pursuant to the SPA.
