SLK Global Solutions becomes a subsidiary of Coforge
SLK Global Solutions Private Limited becomes a subsidiary of Coforge with immediate effect as the latter acquired 60 per cent shares of SLK Global Solutions Private Limited as of April 28, 2021.
As a part of its strategic investments, Coforge had previously announced of its intention to acquire 80 per cent of the total issued and paid-up share capital of SLK Global Solutions Private Limited.
Out of the 80 per cent, on April 12, 2021, Coforge had purchased equity shares equivalent to 35 per cent of the total issued and paid-up share capital of SLK Global Solutions Pvt Ltd as a part of tranche 1 while equity shares equivalent to 25 per cent of the total issued and paid-up share capital of SLK Global Solutions Pvt Ltd had to be purchased within 23 business days from the tranche 1 closing date. This condition was fulfilled on April 28, 2021.
Coforge, erstwhile NIIT Technologies Limited, is known for providing information technology-related services in India.
On Thursday, the company’s stock was seen trading at Rs 2,846 per share, down by 0.79 per cent or Rs 22.55 per share. The 52-week high is Rs 3,222 while its 52-week low is Rs 1,151 on BSE.
