Dynacons Systems & Solutions joins Global IT Alliance; stock locks in upper circuit
Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed the bourses that it has been selected to be an alliance partner in the Global IT Alliance (GITA).
Joining GITA as an alliance partner will offer Dynacons, a global platform for offering solutions to their customers and also, allow them to work on the opportunities brought by the other GITA members in India.
GITA is a global alliance of validated IT companies united by their shared goal of offering customers consistent and exceptional service quality in their cross-border projects. GITA’s mission is to provide global reach with local value, service, and experience to enable successful IT solutions for multinational organisations.
The Global IT Alliance comprise of six partners, spread over 130 sites across 24 countries in all continents, namely Agilent (USA), Bechtle (Europe), Compucentro (Mexico), Data#3 (Australia), HKBN JOS (Hong Kong, China, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore & other parts of Asia), as well as Microware (Brazil and other countries in Latin America).
Dynacons undertakes all activities related to IT infrastructure including infrastructure design & consulting services, turnkey systems integration and set up of large network and data centre infrastructures including supply of associated equipment & software.
With this, the stock of Dynacons Systems has got locked in upper circuit of 20 per cent at Rs 99.65 from its previous close of Rs 83.05 on BSE.
