Hawkins Cooker serves tempting numbers
Hawkins Cookers Limited reported its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 during market hours on Monday. The company's standalone revenue for the quarter came in at Rs. 120.74 crore as against Rs. 84.78 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering 42.4 per cent YoY increase.
Hawkins' EBITDA for the quarter rose by 158.7 per cent YoY to Rs. 16.79 crore with a corresponding margin expansion of 625 bps. EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 13.9 per cent which was 7.7 per cent in the corresponding quarter last year.
The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 10.69 crore as against 4.57 crore with a YoY increase of 133.9 per cent.
Hawkins Cookers Limited is engaged in the manufacture, trading and sale of kitchenware. The Company's products include pressure cookers and cookware.
On Tuesday’s trade, the stock has opened at Rs. 2,865 per share and touched as high/low of Rs. 3,079/Rs. 2,803 respectively and on 2:25 pm, the stock is quoting at Rs. 2,935.10 per share, which is up by 3.97 per cent.
