Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch out on June 19

Jet Airways (India) Ltd.: State Bank of India has dragged the company to insolvency court for having a debt pile of Rs. 8,500 crore. Also two independent directors handed over their resignations.
Interglobe Aviation Ltd.: Interglobe Aviation, the operator of Indigo Airlines has ordered CFM International LEAP1A engines for its jet planes having an order amount size of around US$ 20 billion.
Va Tech Wabag Ltd.: The company has secured an order worth Rs. 1,477 crore for operation, maintenance and management of the sewage treatment and network infrastructure in Agra and Ghaziabad under State Mission for Clean Ganga, Uttar Pradesh for minimum 10 years.
KNR Constructions Ltd.: The company’s subsidiary KNR Srirangam Infra Private Limited has received the appointed date, i.e, March 1, 2019 from the National Highways Authority of India for a road project in Tamil Nadu under Bharatmala Pariyojana.
Star Cement Ltd.: The company’s board to consider buyback of shares at its meeting on June 21.
