Q4FY17 Results : DHFL
Dewan Housing Finance Corp. Ltd. (DHFL) posted its Q4FY17 results on Wednesday.
DHFL's NII for the quarter increased 11.8 per cent QoQ to Rs. 627.9 crore.
Its net profit for the quarter declined 44.8 per cent QoQ to Rs.135.2 crore.
For FY17, the company's NII increased to Rs. 2198.2 crore from Rs. 1805.1 crore in FY16.
The company's board of directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for FY16-17.
The company’s stock opened at Rs. 451 and touched an intra-day low of Rs. 441.05 on BSE.
Dewan Housing Finance Limited is an Indian housing finance company. Its business objective is to provide access to housing finance or loans to lower and middle income people.
