Multibagger Update: These Small Cap Multibaggers Continue to outperform

The maximum number of multibaggers have emerged from the small-cap space and we have seen that at least 477 small-cap stocks that are constituents of BSE SmallCap Index have more than doubled since the markets made bottom in April, 2020 if we consider the data till H1 2021.

Usually, one expects the stock that has multiplied in value to either enter consolidation. However, we find that several small-caps have continued to gain momentum even after turning out to be multibaggers since April 2020.

These small cap stocks made fresh 52-week high with rising volume

Friday belonged to the small-caps and mid-caps of the world. The breadth was favorable compared to Thursday trading session for broader markets.

The frontline indices slipped on Friday with Sensex down by 215 points. Some of the small-cap stocks were seen making fresh 52-week highs and gained in price with a spike in volume, often considered bullish for the underlying.
