At the time of writing, SGX Nifty was trading at 11,875, up by 11 points. On the earnings front, a host of companies will announce their earnings today, including Apollo Hospital, Coal India, HDIL, IDBI Bank, NALCO and SAIL.

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on May 30 are Adani Enterprises, Kabra Extrusiontechnik, Vodafone Idea, The Andhra Sugars and Cox & Kings Ltd.

The project order is worth to Rs. 104 crore. The work has to be completed within 30 months from the date of receipt of work order. The company’s order book as on 9MFY19 basis stood at Rs. 877 crore and it has registered order intake of Rs 226 crore in 9MFY19.

India’s second largest telecom operator (nearly 32 per cent market share) Bharti Airtel is looking to come with IPO of its subsidiary -- Airtel Africa, where it is eyeing over $1 billion initial public offer (IPO) in London.

Reliance Entertainment has joined hands with PVR Pictures Limited to distribute films pan India. This venture is the first endeavour of its kind in the Indian film industry. PVR Pictures is the motion picture arm of PVR Limited, India's largest cinema chain.
