The markets on May 28, 2019 opened flat. BSE Sensex is trading at 39,608.67, down by 74.62 points and the Nifty is trading at 11,893.80, down by 30.95 points.

The online and offline service provider Info Edge (India), the owner of the popular job search site Naukri, informed that its board has approved the acquisition of Highorbit Careers, the developer of job portal, iimjobs.

The said order was amounting to Rs. 172 crore. The work has to be completed within 30 months from the date of receipt of work order. The company’s order book as on 9MFY19 basis stood at Rs. 877 crore and registered order intake of Rs. 226 crore in 9MFY19.
