Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Monday with the Sensex down 0.62 per cent at 81,897 and the Nifty-50 down 0.56 per cent at 24,972. About 1,854 shares have advanced, 2,204 shares have declined and 182 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.
The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.20 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.57 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, Linde India Ltd and NHPC Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Borosil Scientific Ltd, Ideaforge Technology Ltd and Apollo Micro Systems Ltd.
On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE Capital Goods Index and BSE Services Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE IT Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the Top Losers.
As of June 23, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 448 lakh crore or USD 5.16 trillion. On the same day, 103 stocks hit a 52-week high while 85 stocks touched a 52-week low.
