Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on April 01
The broader markets were in green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 1.64 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 2.98 per cent.
The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading positive on Monday with the Sensex up 0.49 per cent at 74,015, and the Nifty-50 up 0.61 per cent at 22,462. About 3,235 shares have advanced, 665 have declined and 158 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 74,254.62 on April 01, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 made a new 52-week high of 22,529.95 on April 01, 2024.

The top mid-cap gainers were Rajesh Exports Ltd, Indian Overseas Bank and Bayer CropScience Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Vinyl Chemicals (India) Ltd, Suraj Estate Developers Ltd and Best Agrolife Ltd.
On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with BSE Realty Index and BSE Metals Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Auto Index and BSE Consumer Durables Index were the Top Losers.
BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 393 lakh crore or USD 4.72 trillion as of April 01, 2024. On the same day, 169 stocks hit a 52-week high while 57 stocks touched a 52-week low.
