In a highly volatile session on Monday, the benchmark indices ended lower. Sensex slipped 200.18 points or 0.34 per cent and closed at 57,991.11 while Nifty fell 73.70 points or 0.43 per cent to 17,241. 

On Friday, Indian equity markets ended on a flat note. Nifty 50 closed the last trading session of the week at 17,314.6 in the red territory, marginally down by 0.10 per cent. Top gainers of the index were Titan, Power Grid Corporation, ONGC, IndusInd Bank and Grasim. 

The domestic markets traded on a volatile note in Thursday's trading session as investors adjusted their positions amid weekly F&O expiry. BSE Sensex traded within a range of 405 points and closed at 58,222 level, gaining 157 points or 0.27 per cent. 

Quess Corp Ltd, India’s leading business services provider, announced today that it has entered into definitive agreements to divest its stake in the digital risk and compliance services company, Simpliance Technologies Private Limited to Aparajitha Corporate Services, a leading HR compliance services company and its affiliates. The deal is valued at an Enterprise Value of INR 120 crores, on a cash and debt-free basis, subject to closing adjustments and fulfilment of conditions set out in the transaction document.

Muthoot Finance Ltd has announced its 28^th public issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs1,000 each. The issue is with a base issue size of Rs 75 crore with an option to retain over-subscription up to Rs 225 crore aggregating up to the tranche limit of Rs 300 crore. This issue will be open from October 6 and will close on October 28, 2022, with an option to close on such an earlier date or an extended date as may be decided by the Board of Directors or NCD committee.
